What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is science. You will learn this in your very first hypnotherapy session.
Hypnosis is not magic. It’s not mind control,I will not be able to get you to do anything against your will. Nor will you actually be asleep.
Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation and alertness and focus all at the same time. It is a natural state that every person already goes through at several times a day without even realizing it. It’s the state we pass through when we awaken in the morning, when we are falling asleep at night, and even when we are listening to an old favourite song or engrossed in a book or movie.
During the sessions we will guide you through the knowledge on how your mind works. We will take you through a series of exercises designed to relax the body and mind. These exercises will train you to make the changes you desire. You’ll see how our belief systems take shape during childhood. You’ll experience how quickly, simply, and easily you can release some of these beliefs that are holding you back. This will allow you to make permanent changes in these belief systems.
You will learn the reason willpower only seems to work in short bursts. We will work with you to help eliminate the fear of making those changes. Imagine achieving the confidence and belief in yourself to make real lasting changes in your life.
